Parking Lot Ministry (PLM)
The Parking Lot Ministry (PLM) at Harvest is a critical part of making our weekend services work as smoothly as possible. The PLM are not the parking police! We consider ourselves as being more of an 'outdoor greeting team'. We will direct you to the closest parking spot to any of the church entrances, but if you wish to park far away, that's cool too.
The PLM facilitates the flow of traffic in and out of our parking facility. In addition to being the "first face" of the church that people see as they pull into our parking lot, the PLM is a huge blessing to the church in making entry and exiting as quick and smooth as possible. This allows guests to get into the service quickly and also help clear the parking lot so we are ready for the next service.
Parking Teams serve on a rotational basis (every four weeks) and are each headed by a Team Leader that establishes and oversees the team rotation, communicates with their team regarding changes and updates, and is charged with maintaining the quality of the team's work.
