As soon as possible – that is the short answer!  We would love to move this fall or next spring but since nothing is on the horizon a more realistic timeframe would be 2-4 years.

If we can find/purchase land then a likely timetable would be to have that firmed up and owned by us by spring 2010.  And if we have to get a zoning change on the land that will take 6-18 months so we will start that asap as the land purchase firms up.  We then have to raise money to build which could take as little as 6 months or as much as 3 years.  We need to raise at least a million dollars (after raising up to $750,000 to buy land) so it could take time.

Once construction starts a likely time frame would be about 12 months (give or take) till move in time.  So overall – we are probably looking at 2011 at the very earliest and 2014 is possible on a slow track.

Now all this could change as God could move things far quicker … and He could call us to walk a much longer path.   Our concern is that if we keep growing as we have been we may not have any building which will hold our numbers for our ministries – so much prayer is needed!
